When the developers made plans for the Brockdale Community near Lucas, TX, they wanted a tank that would set themselves apart and provide a truly unique look, different from a common dome roof. Phoenix was awarded the contract to construct this atypical tank. The design features a retro-style cone roof, common among tanks from a much older generation, married to a conventional style container and support structure. This one-of-a-kind tower certainly creates a different skyline view and gives the feel of a structure which would have been common many decades ago, yet is complete with all up-to-date features.
