Perryville may not have much in the way of an elevated skyline, but area residents may have noticed two new additions in recent weeks.

According to the city’s Public Works director Mark Brown, construction on the city’s two new water towers is right on schedule.

“That’s pretty quick,” Brown said. “We’re fortunate to have a great fabricator and contractor. The company is called Phoenix. They’re out of Indiana and they’ve been phenomenal.”
