A cornerstone of our bolted tank line is the Rolled, Tapered Panel (RTP) design, which uses precision-engineered steel panels with tapered edges that bolt together to form leak-tight rings. This proven system allows us to construct tanks of varying diameters and capacities for a wide range of liquid and dry storage applications.
NanoTec
The Phoenix NanoTec™, a Tesla Carbon Nanocoating, is a two-coat system featuring a low VOC epoxy primer and topcoat, offering significant advantages not only in corrosion protection but also has a 50x greater tensile strength than steel alone . The Phoenix NanoTec™ can be utilized instead of the standard GFTS and Power coated systems traditionally applied to protect steel surfaces in all environments.

The UltraTec™ coating system by Phoenix Fabricators & Erectors is a purpose-built solution for long-term corrosion protection and durability in municipal and industrial tank applications. UltraTec combines a high-solids, immersion-grade phenalkamine epoxy applied to both the interior and exterior tank surfaces, with a polyurethane topcoat on the exterior to provide enhanced UV resistance and long-term color and gloss retention.
