Fabrication Capabilities

• Four plate rolls featuring either 3-roll or 4-roll configurations with capabilities up to 2″ thick and 10′ wide.
• Three hydraulic presses with capacities ranging from 100 to 300 tons, 60″ x 96″ working beds capable of pressing a wide variety of plate radius applications.
• Submerged Arc Welding machines for precision welding of rolled plate 24″ – 120″ diameter (exterior) and 48″ – 144″ diameter (interior).
• Three ironworkers for shearing and punching applications.
• Press brake with capacity up to 3/8″ thick x 10′ wide.
• Plate shear with capacity up to 1/2″ thick x 8′ wide.
• Angle roll capable of 3/8″ x 3″ x 3″ hard way, rods up to 2″ thick.
• Plasma cutting tables featuring 10′ x 20′ and 10′ x 40′ sizes and cutting capabilities up to 2″ thick (plasma) and 3″ thick (oxy fuel).
• Multitude of overhead cranes for handling virtually any steel plates for fabrication.
• Wheelabrator or Hoffman enclosed blast bay for surface preparations and climate controlled paint bays for shop applied coatings.
• Certified welding operators experienced in a variety of processes and procedures.
